Welcome

I am a qualified Family and Systemic Psychotherapist (MSc), registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)- registration number: 2011170889- and a member of the Association of Family Therapy.

I have got experience in working with individuals (adults/children), families and couples in the NHS and the Local Authority. I have specifically worked in adult and child mental health services in the NHS as a Systemic Family Therapist and I have provided consultations to colleagues from different disciplines. My background in psychology (BSc in Psychology and MSc in Child and Adolescent Psychology) in combination with my training in systemic family therapy enables me to work creatively with adults and young people from various backgrounds facing different difficulties. I provide individual/ family and couple psychotherapy in Surrey and west London.

Many of us might go through difficult times in our lives:

  • You might be feeling low and/or experiencing some anxiety.

  • You or your child might have a diagnosed mental health difficulty.

  • You might be going through a difficult transition or event in your life, which is affecting your everyday functioning (e.g. trouble to sleep/eat).

  • You might be having difficulties in your couple relationship.

  • You might have been through a traumatic event or experienced some form of abuse/ domestic violence.

  • You might need some help with your child who is facing some difficulties at home and/or at school (emotional/behavioral difficulties, trauma, difficult life events etc.)

These are all areas I can support you with. My style is empathetic and collaborative, so I will be exploring these issues in depth with you in order to be able to best support you to achieve your goals and live the life that you wish and hope to live.
